Emerson Park is another among the range of private neighborhoods emerging within the community of Ave Maria. Developed by the master builders of Pulte Homes, the same firm responsible for creation of homes in other top communities such as Corkscrew Shores in Estero, Greyhawk at Golf Club of the Everglades, Covent Garden at Twin Eagles in Naples, Camden Square in Fort Myers, and a myriad of others. Emerson Park feature five different designs in new, one-and-two story, single-family homes. These homes can be constructed in varying elevations or customized to include a number of different interior or exterior options. Homes in Emerson Park respectively allow for three to six bedrooms, two to four bathrooms and approximately 1,570 square-feet to 3,514 square-feet of living area. In fact, these are among the most affordable of newly constructed homes one can find in Southwest Florida. Starting prices range from the high $100s to just shy of $300k. Home site premiums range from $2,500 to $15,500. Many homes offer views along the community lakes or green preserve areas, while others are aligned along the perimeter of a central park.

Neighborhood Features

Emerson Park is centrally positioned within Ave Maria. This puts it almost a mile from the play fields of North Park and almost two miles from similar recreational grounds at South Park. These parks include basketball courts, bocce ball, pickle ball courts, baseball and soccer fields. The neighborhood is only a short stroll from the restaurants and shops of Down town Ave Maria as well as the community super market. Families with growing children may especially appreciate living close to playgrounds and the Ave Maria Water Park which is complemented with tube slides and a fun splash pool. The resort-style swimming pool and fitness pool with four 25-meter lanes is also conveniently close.
